Six years after the release of "Lineage", its last EP, Versailles is back with a new single!
Eleven years since Versailles, the famous Japanese quintet led by KAMIJO, had not produced a new single! Six years also without releases besides a certain number of DVDs. In full commemoration of its fifteenth career anniversary, the formation delighted its fans by announcing "Vogue", its new single which is scheduled for release on June 21st.
This opus will contain two new tracks: the title track, "Vogue", composed by KAMIJO and a B-Side, "Wrath the Thunder", composed by guitarist HIZAKI. The single is available in three different versions including one containing a Live CD of the concert given by Versailles in Barcelona in 2017! A nice trip down memory lane!
Note that Yuki, the drummer, will end his activities within the formation at the end of the year due to health problems. While Versailles has been celebrating its fifteenth career anniversary since June 2022, organizing tours on the themes of all its albums, from "Noble" (2008) to "Versailles" (2012), it seems that the future of the group is still uncertain. ...
