After the release of (G)I-DLE's last album, MINNIE starts 2025 with her first solo opus!
After her comrades YUQI, SOYEON and MIYEON made their solo debuts, MINNIE follows suit, launches and announces her first solo comeback! Indeed, on January 6th, MINNIE shared on social networks the release of “HER”, her first mini album.
Under a dramatic, dark and mysterious atmosphere, MINNIE directly announces the color and the universe of “HER” and leaves to the imagination the content of her next opus, revealing only a single video teaser where an extract of the song “Blind Eyes Red” can be heard. Song revealed in full on January 7th. The tracklist was also unveiled, revealing 7 tracks: “Blind Eyes Red”, “Cherry Sky”, “HER”, “Valentine’s Dream”, “Drive U Crazy”, “It’s Okay” and “Obsession”
MINNIE keeps the strong woman image that she also displays in (G)-IDLE, breaking the often abusive standards often imposed on girl groups. In a permanent girl power energy, MINNIE then suggests that her mini album, “HER”, will follow this direction while developing her personal universe. Scheduled for January 21, MINNIE undoubtedly assures her fans an iconic solo debut to start the year 2025 off right!
